Wine tasting in the historical wine cellar of the Würzburg Residence

Our congress dinner will take place in the Staatlicher Hofkeller Würzburg, and will feature a wine tasting with local, Franconian wine.

After a welcome drink and a guided tour through the historical Residence cellar vaults, you will enter a lavishly candlelit wine cellar. There, you will get to degust a selection of six wines of spirited, charming character over the course of the evening. A cold, typically Franconian hearty snack will be served as an accompaniment, featuring a variety of homemade cold cuts, ham, cheeses, and bread as well as mineral water. An expert oenological commentary (in German) will guide you through the tasting.
