Term paper submission

Deadline for term papers in summer term 2024:
19 August 2024, 12:00 pm (noon)

The deadline for handing in term papers is 19 August 2024, 12 pm (noon). You need to hand in both a printed and two digital versions of your term paper.

Printed version:

The physical version of your term papers can be handed in personally or be sent via post.

If you want to hand in your paper personally, please do so between 10 and 12 (noon) on 19 August 2024 in the HiWi-office (5.E.24). Make sure that you sign your “Selbstständigkeitserklärung” (Declaration of originality, see download section) and that you include the confirmation of registration from WueStudy.

Alternatively, term papers can be sent via post. Please use the following address:

In that case the paper should be posted no later than the 19th of August.

In addition to the printed version you must submit an electronic version: as word document and pdf to sprawi.hausarbeit@uni-wuerzburg.de (only ONE word and ONE pdf document -- do not send the term paper in several parts each!). Please label your files in the following way: “name of course_your last name_last name of lecturer”. Don’t forget to indicate the number of words at the end of your paper! Please include your "Selbstständigkeitserklärung" in the electronic version as well! Papers submitted only electronically will NOT be graded.
